Justice Through Code offers an ecosystem of three no-cost 100% remote career accelerators: The Foundation, Tech Pathways, and The Flagship. Fellows learn to develop professional skills with Google Workplace tools and learn intro to programming with HTML, CSS, Python, and JavaScript, along with GitHub and Visual Studio Code. One of two career tracks can be pursued: as an entry-level office professional or entry-level software engineer.

Justice Through Code (JTC) works in conjunction with the Center For Justice at Columbia University and the Tamer Institute for Social Enterprise at The Columbia Business School to serve men and women impacted by the criminal legal system nationwide. JTC offers an ecosystem of three no-cost 100% virtual career accelerators: The Foundation, Tech Pathways, and The Flagship. Fellows can pursue one of two career tracks upon completion of The Foundation: an entry-level office professional, or move on to the other two programs and pursue a job as an entry-level full-stack software engineer.
