Reentry guide: Collaborative learning opportunities between Sinclair Community College and the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (DRC) facilitate the holistic treatment approach to restoring and reintegrating offenders back into society successfully by providing viable educational options that enhance opportunities for increased employability, thus decreasing recidivism. Reentry guide: The mission of the Second Chance Program at Wor-Wic Community College is to increase access to post-secondary education for individuals incarcerated at Eastern Correctional Institution in order to reduced recidivism and to encourage positive educational, professional, financial, and personal outcomes post-release. This program serves adult men, with no college credit or non-credit offerings. Instruction is on-site, face-to-face.

Annual report: University Beyond Bars (UBB) empowers prisoners to fulfill their potential through communities of higher learning that transcend prison walls. The program seeks to break cycles of incarceration, strengthen families and communities, confront racism and classism, and promote personal achievement and social reintegration by providing transformational education opportunities. This program serves adult men, with college credit and non-credit offerings.
