The 21st Biennial AJFO (Association for Justice-Involved Females and Organizations) Conference, "Transforming Together: Connection, Compassion, and Change" will take place September 16-18, 2025, in Cincinnati, Ohio. This conference will bring together more than 300 criminal justice professionals, policymakers, treatment providers, researchers, social service experts, advocates, and individuals with lived experience to support women and girls in the criminal justice system.
As the longest-running national conference focused on this critical area, it serves as a vital platform for exploring evidence-based strategies that promote accountability, competency development, and holistic support. Through keynote presentations, interactive sessions, and collaborative discussions, attendees will exchange insights, build connections, and drive meaningful change to create strengths-based, trauma-informed solutions.
