This event brings together the full spectrum of stakeholders—from formerly incarcerated individuals and college-in-prison programs to representatives from TDCJ, state agencies, legislators, and community partners—all deeply invested in supporting educational access and success for incarcerated learners.This year's theme, “Generational Success: Building a Legacy Inside & Out,” highlights the transformative power of education across individuals, families, and communities. The program will feature a diverse lineup of sessions, including:Collaborative strategies from our Higher Education in Prison Partnership PanelDesigning and sustaining student-centered, peer-tutoring programsInsights from the College Success PanelStarting a Prison Education Program (PEP) and navigating Best Interest Determinations, and more.We encourage educators, program administrators, and those engaged in correctional and reentry education to join us for this dynamic event.
